Insomnia has ruled my life since I was at college. Now in my mid 30s I still struggle to get to sleep and when I do fall asleep I often find myself waking up multiple times through the night feeling anxious. Luckily I found these mind balancing techniques and what a difference they made!!! I made a sleep plan and use a different technique each day. Thanking you.

Not a bad wee program! I have been using the techniques for 2 weeks so far and can see an improvement already. I am falling asleep faster and waking up feeling refreshed. This is something I haven't done in years especially because I work shifts so my hours are all over the place.

What I like is the simple nature of the program and how the varied exercises only take a few minutes to do. Once you incorporate them in your routine life becomes a heck of a lot easier.
