Are you afraid of the term "Old School"? Do you really think all of these "core" exercisers and spin class junkies can change their bodies faster than we can change yours?

Have a look at all these people in your gym sweating to spin classes, Pilates, or heaven forbid running or doing some other form of exhaustive, age-increasing form of exercise. Have a look at the men and women training with weights — almost always too heavy and way, WAY too long.

Now, you tell us: have their bodies changed at all in the past 90 days? I'll wager you said, "No," And you would be correct. Statistics reveal that only ½ of 1% of gym-goers and exercisers make anysignificant body transformation over a YEAR, let alone over just 90 days.

Over the past thirty years or so, Becky and I have seen one prevailing lie told over and over again...

"Guys have to train THIS way... Ladies, you have to do something completely different.It's a crock!

ONE simple System... OUR System... will work for anyone at any age, without drastic modifications of any kind.

That means you can shape up with your husband or wife, or any of your friends, without worrying about "getting too bulky" or "not working hard enough." Becky and I work out together all the time. I use more weight on my F4X Protocol movements, simply because I like more muscle, and I'm naturally stronger...but our methods are exactly the same!

Now, look at me... then look at Becky:

The same exact workout System produced these drastically different results. But how? Why do I look muscular, and Becky looks so lean and sleek?

Because the F4X Protocol has THREE (3) PHASES. Each phase is designed to give you exactly what YOU desire for your body—nothing more, nothing less.

Let me tell you about these 3 Phases...

PHASE 1: F4X LEAN

Do you want to lose 10, 25, 50, even 100 pounds or more? Then you will be doing the F4X Protocol with slight variations in movement style and nutrition. You will NOT be spending 4 hours a day doing cardio, or going out and trying to run a few miles. That will get you absolutely nowhere. The few simple variations in the F4X Protocol that we give you, plus the F4X LEAN Meal Plan, will get you exactly where you want to go.

NOTE: Some Old School, New Body readers only go through Phase 1. They find that they get "just enough" toned muscle and ALL the weight loss they desire, and they simply stop right there. Of course, they use F4X MAINTAIN to stay fit, trim, and healthy, but they do not progress to Phase 2 or Phase 3. It's completely up to you.

PHASE 2: F4X SHAPE

Once you start losing all the weight you desire, then and ONLY then should you proceed, if you want, to Phase 2: F4X SHAPE. This is what Becky did. First, she got her fat-loss into gear on the LEAN program, and then she decided she wanted "just a bit" more muscle on her frame. She wanted to look like a competitive swimmer, or a figure competitor—a tad more muscle than she had from the LEAN Phase. So, enter the SHAPE Phase!

Here, you will (again) slightly change your lifting style and nutrition plan. That's it! Nothing drastic, nothing major. Just simple changes to the foundational F4X Protocol is ALL you need, man or woman, to add more lean muscle.

Oh, the added benefit of the F4X SHAPE Phase is that you burn even more body fat because you've added lean muscle. Muscle burns 95% of your calories at rest, so the more you have, the more food you can eat. And, since Becky LOVES her treat meals, her extra pounds of SEXY muscle helps burn off those calories... even while she sleeps. You can do the same!

PHASE 3: F4X BUILD

Here's where guys like me come into the picture. I love the look of fitness pro, or what I call "a mini bodybuilder." That huge, grotesque muscle mass you see on the covers of bodybuilding magazines? Not for me. Folks, that's not built by training hard. That's built by training hard, taking illegal drugs, and eating like a horse.

I love muscles, but I don't want to look like I can't fit through the front door of my house! Plus, our kids would really freak out if they saw daddy come home looking like the Hulk.

Still, I wanted those 15-20 extra pounds of muscle on my frame, so I use the F4X BUILD Protocol. Again, same foundational plan, just with simple tweaks to the lifts and diet.

"But I'm in my 20's-30's..."

Great! Then you'll save about a decade of frustration by letting us show you what you'll eventually find out for yourself the hard way... or never find out at all. The Old School principles work just as well for young folks... in fact, due to your naturally elevated hormones, it can work even better.

"But I'm in my 40's..."

An ideal time to start! You'll probably progress right through Phase 1 and 2. You may end up going to Phase 3, or staying at Phase 2... but your body is still plenty young and capable enough to do anything you want with the F4X Protocol. You'll also age much slower than a normal 40-something.

"But I'm in my 50's..."

Yeah... so are we! Becky and I are both in our 50s, and I use Phase 3, and she uses Phase 2 (and occasionally bumps it up to Phase 3 to prevent muscle loss.) You see, when you're i your 50's, sarcopenia, or "age-related muscle loss", begins to really speed up. The only way to stop it is to train with resistance... and the BEST way to do that is the F4X Protocol.

"But I'm Over 60..."

Then you REALLY NEED Old School, New Body! Your muscle is being eaten every day at a fantastic rate, and unles you do something right now to stop it, you will begin to rapidly age, and we do not desire that for you. We've made the F4X Protocol totally safe for men and women over 60... you'll just stick with Phase 1 and Phase 2... although I know some real go-getters who are kicking button Phase 3 well into their 60's and even 70's! It's up to you... but you need to do something, and do it now.


Now, here's the really good part (and ladies, listen up!) You are in TOTAL CONTROL — you simply STOP when you've gained the muscle you want! You never, EVER have to worry about waking up looking like a freaky bodybuilder... that just doesn't happen on F4X. You stop when you have the body YOU want, and then you maintain it using an even easier Protocol.

I know, this sounds so incredibly simple... and it is. You see, you might be confused when it comes to what to do these days in order to lose weight and shape up.
